Sincerely, I do not know that I generate and species treats.
Only that its beauty and its small size (approx 10mm.) it captivated me when discovering it.
In a route of several kms. I only found one of them.
I include like WORKSHOP, another image of the same one in different perspective.

Nice one Ricardo. I can't identify this hoverfly :-(. Excellent composition and thanks for including the second view. There's a bit of noise on this but still very very good.

Uau..such amazing colors Ricardo..i mean, on the flying guy, those patterned blues are absolutely lovely..good capture :)

Ricardo - I like this image that displays the colors on the back, but I like the angle in your workshop better. Even though there is a bit of noise the DOF and composition is good - Well taken

Both are good photos, Ricardo - perhaps the one you posted as a WS is even a little better. Good colors and DOF; the yellow blossom contrasts perfectly with the insect and enhances its anatomical features and details. Well done.

This is a lovely creature. Nice compo, great colours. Pity there is still no ID on it.
