Very common species from family Geometridae but I think I didn't seen it on Trek nature ;-)
You can find this species near everywhere in July and August. It's quite large - the wingspan is up to 35 mm. It's not hard to find this moth during a day sitting in the grasses or bushes.
It's not shy species - it's quite easy to make good picture.

like always, natural colours, sharpness and well chosen point of view determine the quality of your pictures. The different brown colours of the wing pattern are well presented - an invitation to study and view them in more detail.
