[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This time I have dont have idea of what I am talking about. When I shot this fungi, I only had time to make a few shots and return to work, so did not look the gills, odor, section or other information which is necessary to get to a right id.

Any sugestions are welcome.

They are growing in a "creosoted" piece of ironwood. Spanish railway co. is selling all the old wooden sleepers replaced by concrete in the railways, to use them as decorative purposes in gardes, making paths along grass, or just as pilars for delimiting the properties. They have a very severe treatment to avoid getting rotten or eaten by insects (creosota) which has a particular smell. This ironwood is a very dense type of wood, some species heavier than water, and it is very hard. Nevertheless, fungi, lichens and moss are already claiming for the right of decaying it.

Winter sun rays filtered by the forest, gave me a bit of highlight to take this shot.

Well done with the lighting the horizontal lines in the back ground caused by the light are a little distracting but I don't see you could do much about it :) TFS

Felipe, I love this! The little fungi family look so happy growing there on the sleepers. Excellent POV, colours and details are good. Nice and sharp, even the cobwebs show up on the mushrooms. Well captured, thank you

Hola Felipe,
Bonita perspectiva y acertada amplitud de profundidad de campo. La composición diagonal está muy calculada. Y el plano focal en las setas las realza muy bien aún viéndose el paisaje. Un excelente trabajo de decorado para estos sencillas setas.

Hi again!
This one is very unusual. POV and light play main role. Excellent composition with bright and sharp fungi on FG and blurred trunks on BG. Nice frame also.

This is an awesome shot! Love the space here. Putting mushrooms in the corner really works. The other great thing here is the POV with a row of wood in BG - everything perfectly placed in a frame. I also love the beautiful light on the fungi.
