Hi Geert,
Welcome to TN. A nice shot, as you say very peaceful. Nice detail and lovely colours. A couple of things I should add, it seems a little underexposed, which has also produced some noise, and the horizon isn't level. But it's a nice shot and if you want to learn about nature and photography then this is the place to be. Welcome.

Hi Geert,
Welcome to TN (Trek Nature) you started of with a very beautiful photo with excellent colors and light. As Adrian mentioned, the horizon isn't running straight which has to do with you not holding the camera straight. Something that happens to all of us a lot. This can be fixed during your PP work (Post Processing) Your composition is good with the horizon almost positioned on the 1/3 line and with good control over the colors. The noise Adrian mentioned are the little dots (ruis) that you see in the sky.

I am glad to see another landscape photographer, you will notice there are only a few. But they are more then welcome to answer questions you'll have, and so do I ofcourse. Have fun and be active.

Nice first upload here on TN. Great colors and interesitn siluettes. But I'm afraid I have to agree with Aido about the horizon and the underexposion. But we learn every day:) Great atmosphere.

Superbe, je vois que le couché ou levé de soleil, est toujours aussi beau. Très jolie photos, bien cadrée avec des couleur rouge très vive.

Hallo Geert,
Een prachtig landschap, mooie kleuren, geslaagde belichting (ondanks de flash).
Een tip: probeer de horizon recht te trekken en crop de onderkant van het riet en de bovenkant van de lucht weg zodat je opnieuw een 3 op 4 verhouding krijgt.
