[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Not so sure of the subtype as there are at least 14 different of them on the island. Looks like a Aeonium undulatum to me. They can grow on roofs and in the rocky soil even under the pine trees. The rosettes are about 15cm in diameter. Often they only have 3 or 4 branches.
