This is lovely...The pixelation which you have here looks like an artistic trick, the composition is just lovely. Picture seems imperfect but attracting attention and almost makes you feel as if you were at the lakeshore yourself. I guess it is called art:)

wonderful landscape-shot, christan! :-)
there may be a slight loss of "quality" due to the scanning,
but the overall impression is really terrific.
the mixture of (sun)light and shadows is beautiful,
and the composition of the mountains, the rough lake and
the pretty blue sky with its puffy white clouds is excellent.
