Hello Hose,
Nice clear portrait of the female Common Crossbill. I like the composition and pose. I wonder if all crossbills have the same way of crossing in the beak (left over right or right over left)? We should compare the different crossbills on TN.

Un bello retrato Jose Luis con una expresión captada con gran sentido estético.
La nitidez y el foco son practicamente perfectos, excepto sobre la cola, algo desenfocada.
Un excelente fondo suave y difuso y la composición con la percha en diagonal, completan una hermosa presentación.

The framing seems a bit tight to me,

Tack sharp image. The limited color pallette gets deeper and deeper the more you look at the image - amazing number of muted shades. The composition is also excellent with the diagonals formed by the branch. Regards.

Es muy interesante. Me gusta mucho. Conseguimos algunos crossbills aquí en el Reino Unido pero nunca los he visto. Nuestros pájaros son todo el tan tímidos también. Muchos consiguen también el tiro de los pistoleros.
