Somtimes this summer on my way back from work - when i got the chance to go by bike -, i took my cam with me. Passing a grassy area i saw some gras moving and stopped. After a while a head popped up and looked at me. That deer was actually standing, i didnīt recognize that this area was covered with reed growing so high that deers can grass in it without being seen. It was a perfect hideout for the deer. I took a quick shot with the cam and moved carefully away.
From this pic i like especially the blooming grasses between the reed. |

Hi Werner,
I like this picture! This is very well composed with good details on the animal :) You had a nice POV and DOF is good. My only nit is that it is a noisy. I guess that you could fix it with Neat Image. Thanks,
Claudine

Hello Werner,
An excellent composition, very different, gives one a feeling of being there watching the deer peeking at you through the grass. The different colors of the vegetation divide the image nicely.
Thanks,
John
