Welcome to TN Panos. Very nice flamingo landscape and reflections. The blurred foreground is a bit distracting and too present in my opinion.
I would like to see a close-up of one those flamingos with the reflection in the water.

I nearly passed this one by from the thumbnail. On opening I can see its such a great shot with the birds being nicely caught between focus. Yes the foreground does distract but its still a great shot. well done.
