A couple of Rose-ringed Parakeets (Psittacula krameri)
Photo information:
This parakeet couple seem to be very loyal. They have been together for several years now.
This is one of the first photos I took after I got my Canon 300D camera.
Like the two other photos, this photo was taken from the living room window of my parents' apartment in Petach-Tikva (northeast of Tel-Aviv).
About Rose-ringed Parakeet (from Wikipedia):
"The Rose-ringed Parakeet (Psittacula krameri), also known as the Ring-necked Parakeet, is a gregarious tropical parakeet species that is popular as a pet. Its scientific name commemorates the Austrian naturalist Wilhelm Heinrich Kramer.
This non-migrating species is one of few parrot species that have successfully adapted to living in 'disturbed habitats', and in that way withstood the onslaught of urbanisation and deforestation. In the wild, this is a noisy species with an unmistakable squawking call. Rose-ringed Parakeets are sexually dimorphic, and adult males sport black markings under their beaks and a dark band of colors around their necks."
Post-Processing:
1. Crop
2. Hue
I had to change the hue, since the photo was too green. It's probably the Auto White Balance fault.

Warm welcomes to TN.
Great capture!. Focus seems a little soft on the parakeets and seems to be on the berries between the two. Good capture nevertheless :) Well saturated and composed.
TFS!!

Hello Shahar, this is a very nice composition of the Parakeets, these birds seem to be very successful all over the world these days. You shot them in a perfect setting and the colours are very good, detail and sharpness is also good.
tfs
