[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This river otter at Grandfather Mountain, NC was very shy! He was so fast, it was difficult to get him in the frame long enough to click the shutter! Feel free to leave comments, or post a workshop. I'm a VERY new beginner, and can use all the help and constructive critiques I can get! Thanks very much!

Hi Lorna,
that capture looks good, showing an otter in its genuine habitat in a typical pose of getting away. Hard to get any closer to that shy and quick moving animal in its natural surroundings. The otter is perfectly well focussed and sharp. Backlight provides good depth and contrasts, and the composition is well balanced and fine.
Thank you! Best regards,
Peter
