Another shot from the same place as yesterdays post on the cliffs near Lulworth. The path along the top starts to narrow alot here with considerable drops to the right, so some care was needed to progress further along!
The fact that these strange donut shape rocks are in fact milions of years old tree stumps that are still intact is quite amazing to me. I'm really lucky to have such an amazing place as the Dorset coastline on my doorstep :o) |

NICE shot. What camera are you using?
I would love to be able to get this kind of DOF and sharpness of foreground at the same time and am hopeful that my new camera will be capable of this type of photography. :)
Hi
Interesting idea. Rare object on treknature. I saw only few fossils here.
Good job
Best wishes
Krzysztof
Hi Paul,
I envy you having such spectacular nature just around the corner. The shapes of the rocks are very beautiful. I like the way you presented them to us, showing not only the old trees, but also the stunning landscape.

Hi Paul,
That's a very original object. Very interesting.
Composition, colors are splendid and exposure is excellent. Very well done.
