| I was waiting this composition for 4 hrs. There were so many of them on the ground. Finally they rest on the stick with this post. It looks like the one at the left is female, and the one at the right is male. |

I see your efforts paid back.The composition is great with lovely colors, lighting and clean BG.Though the subjects seem a little out of focus but a nice shot indeed.

Hello.. Firstly, i applaud your patience waiting for 4 hours for a common bird like these ones.
Secondly, The composition really nice and i would say that this picture could have a great picture. BUT.. it's not in focus. And that is a major error in Nature photography. It is hard to appreciate pictures like this if the focus is soft. You manage other technical aspect well, such as DOP and third placements, but the no.1 rule is the focus!
Good attempt, better one next time.
