Those two syrian bears are from Jerusalem Zoo.The Syrian bear, sometimes named as a distinct species, Ursus Syriacus, is better to be regarded as merely a local variety of the European and Asiatic brown bear, Ursus arctos. It still exists in small numbers in Lebanon and is fairly common in Anti-Lebanon and Hermon.

Intresting Shot Gali the pose I like, it is a shame the outlines and suround is too.I think this is a case where the use of flash to fill in the dark areas would of allowed you to get a better exposure on the rest of the picture. Afew more details about the natural habitat of this local sub-species would be of intrest to a lot of people here.
Another nice idea. I like the nurturing look of the mother. Watch the sun when you take the photo's. The whites at the top are to bright. Nice detail. Thanx for sharing. Points tomorrow
Really good posture for this title! Just, as they say, the photo is a little overexposed. I understand that it is very sunny in Israel, so a little reduction of light in the photoshop might help, I will try to do a workshop when I can.
