| Wadi Rum is a huge area, the mountains are mostly sandstone and the plains are full of sands and dunes. |

Bello colorido el de estas paredes. ¿En este lugar corre agua en algunas épocas del año?.
Saludos, JL.
Hello Ori,
Thanks for your visit and comment on my recent picture.
The Wadi looks very impressive and you have provided the scale with that automobile in the foreground.
Thanks for sharing the image.
Ram
Ori, one can almost see a Queen sitting on her throne on the right. She has her head turned away to look at the puny human
sitting in the shade behind the pick-up.
What memories this brings back to my trip from Tartus, Syria to Ar-Ar in Saudi Arabia, a trip made via Jordon.
The red mountains and sand are unforgettable!
Here we clearly see the scale, as well as the effects of erosion. In the bottom of the Wadi we see the mud that is accumulating.
I think this is the type of photo we need to see more of,
namely one where we can learn about Nature in a part of the world that is not familiar to many others. Epitomy of photography isn't everything is it now? So I won't list the technical aspects in this case!
Well seen, and well presented! The Note is a wee skimpy! Tfs, Jay.
