Dag Niek,
Een goede perspectief, de kleuren van de gevallen bladeren maken het geheel kleurijker en een interesant lijnenspel.
Als ik je mooie zonsondergangen met bomen zie, begin ik het jammer te vinden dat ik dat hier noit zal kunnen fotographeren! de zon gaan onder in de zee, en de bomen verliezen hun bladeren niet :)

Hi Niek, nice shot. I like the use of the vertical framing, I'm a big fan of that. Interesting viewpoint and nice use of the fallen leaves. For me the shadows on the left hand side are a little too dark. Also, it may have paid off to lower the tripod that way you could have got the plane of the CCD more parallel with the tree trunks and reduced the distortion...unless of course you were after that effect. Well done.

I really like the vertical composition and framing of this landscape shot. The path makes your eyes follow it straight thru the shot. Looks good.

I have been to Reelfoot Lake down in Tennessee. About 5 hour drive down near the Smokie Mountains. Your right, it's beautiful.

The autumnal ambience comes across strongly in this sombre picture with fallen leaves on the ground and barren trees lining the avenue on the far side.
I would love to walk on that path!

Love the tall trees on the left specially the big one on the right; it breaks the monotony of the small hedge
giving this frame more life.
Educative notes too; very nice.
Those beautiful leaves on the ground... truely good stuff. You have taste my friend.

The vertical crop works wonderfully here and you have picked a great POV. Interesting to hear about your filters. Horia recommended that I invest in a set of ND-grad filters if I'm going to do some landscape photos. It looks like that is my next investment after Christmas.

Wonderful perspective and great colours. I wantb to see what is at the end of this path :)

Hi Niek,

Like this linear composition with this trail showing the way to infinity. The upper portion is a bit dark but I understand as I to am beginning to experiment with the Cokin filters.

Deze vind ik bijzonder fraai Niek.
