These three deer in Richmond Park all struck a similar pose at the same time (shame the big guy wasn't also looking in the same direction!) and were interested in something to the right of the shot.
PP: Crop, curves.

Hi Simon,
This is a realy nice group of deer, the photo is good but the problem is that you framed (cropped)them a bit too tight, not leaving enough place on the sides: That is the only remark I can do. A softer light would also help...
It surely deserves some points.
Well done and TFS
Hello Simon,
What a lovely encounter! You managed to capture a whole family in one shot! The colors are natural and look good. In my opinion you should have worked more on the composition. You cropped a little bit too tight leaving very small space around the deers. Maybe I could live with this but I definitely feel the need of more open space in the right side of the picture. All the three deers are looking into one direction and they need to have some free space in front of them in order to make the picture more interesting.
I think you exposed the picture correctly, though the contrast seems a little bit too strong, probably due to the PP work. Focus is perfect and the relatively large aperture created a great DOF with the background getting more and more OOF. This helps making the subjects stand out. Very good job here! Some information on these animals would have been useful.
With Friendly Regards,
Eddie
