nice picture of winter landscape. It must have been a lot of fun to walk around there.
Great composition and POV. I would focus more on the old-fashioned bridge and the water next time, but that's just an opinion...

I love the POV, am a great fan of "framing" using trees, limbs, etc.

Having lived in the woods, on the side of a ridge above a creek bottom, for close on 25 years, I am partial to this scene. Brings back wonderful memories.

My inclination would be to crop the top a bit, so that the shadowy curve of the trunk is carried on by the branches towards the left. As it is, the shadow starts to retreat back to the right the higher up it goes, breaking the line the eye is following.

But that's just my personal opinion, what's pleasing to my eye.
