Another excelant bird pictre.Subtle color. Yellow on sky blue bac ground looks prominant. Nice details. This guy looks angry though. You might not have taken his permission for capture. :D

This is really wonderful!
Usually the grosbeaks have very beautiful colors, but here, under these condition and such light, they look fatastic!...Especially with that deep-blue sky behind it.
This is a terrific shot!
I really like the POV here and the impeccable exposure.
Also the details are very neat and razor-sharp, the DOF is nice and the composition very beautiful.
