Aussie Sea lions at Seal Bay on Kangaroo Island Australia. Seal Bay Conservation Park supports the third largest colony of Australian Sea-lions with a population of approximately 700 (5% of the world total).
Australian Sea-lions have a life span of between 17 and 25 years. Males mature at 8-9 years, at which stage they start to develop their distinctive white manes.
The male just came from the ocean and wandered up the beach and gave his mate a kiss. perhaps title should be "honey i'm home" |

Hi Ken,
Great sequence of images. Good exposure and sharpness. Colour balance looks bang on. I'd probably crop both images to remove the top sea BG...might provide tighter framing.
