Hiding behind a branch
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Looks like the Jay is hiding behind a small branch, you can barely see his eye, perhaps he thought he was safe. I wished I had something to offer so I could get him closer, maybe next time.
Taken on a beautiful sunny day, around 10 degrees Celsius. |

Excelent capture of the Steller's Jay.
A diffrent POV, if it would have allowed it would have been nice.
Well done.
Mike
Very nice shot!
This Jay is very beautiful and you have captured it well. I like the colours and BG very much.
I agree that POV [point of view :-)] could maybe have been better, but still the photo is good and I like it.
Well done!
This is such a nice photo, despite the tree branch, I have about six jays that hang out at my birdfeeder and I can't get anywhere near as nice a photo. I'm impressed with the lovely light blue pattern on his back, and the way his head is cocked. Very nice.
How unfortunate, damn sticks always get in the way. Apart for the stick, its a great shot. Nice composition and nice and sharp. Probably should go in the near miss theme.

Belle prise, seulement domage que la branche passe devant la tête. Merci pour l'envoi, j'aimerais savoir si cet oiseau vien du Canada ?
Its a very interesting critter, Jack. Nice patterns and a pleasing color. Pity about the branch. You might consider placing the subject not too centred in the frame. Very well done. And a belated welcome to TN.
