Yoram your work is superb, I am so jealous of this shot!
Infinite detail in the subjects and fantastic eyes. You've really thrown that background out of focus.

So how far away were these guys? Looking at your focal range they must have been pretty comfortable with you so close!

The sun has warmed the picture up and given a soft inviting light. Lovely composition with the branch leading us in.

Fantastic stuff, the shot of a real pro.

Another superb capture from you!
The look on these two lovely owl's faces is priceless! :))
I really love the great contrast here between those big eyes and the rest of the plumage or entire frame for that matter.
The sharpness is again impeccable and the DOF is outstanding, blurring the BG nicely.
The frontal POV is excellent and the lighting and exposure are exceptional.

This is a great portrait of your Long-eared Owl babies. Nicely captured as they stand waiting for their mom to bring them some food. The lighting is nice and soft and brings out the detail and colours in their feathers. Nicely done.

I love it. : )
The sharp details really show the fuzziness of these young owls, and the nice markings on their young feathers. Excellent view of the budding long ears and those impressive talons. But the best part is those incredible and very expressive eyes. I also like the monochromatic effect, the warm colors, and the beautiful light.

Hi Yoram,

Here is another great capture of yours! The two fluffy owls look very good in the afternoon sun! It is a very well composed image with a beautiful diagonal branch and warm colors. The details are stunning and the soft shadows preserve them very well. But the thing I like most in your picture are the expressions in the owls' face. I can't explain in words what exactly is in their expressions but somehow they look like me and my brother when we were young. :) In conclusion, I find your picture not only technically correct and artistically apealing, but also funny (sorry). With your permission I will add it to my favourites. Excellent work! Thank you!
