Hello Friends
This is a shot of Common Cerulean, beautiful
tiny butterfly,I like the shadows here,
Hope you like it
Here some info about
The Lycaenidae are the second-largest family of butterflies, with about 6000 species worldwide, whose members are also called gossamer-winged butterflies. There are nearly 6000 species and they constitute about 40% of the butterfly species.

The family is traditional divided into the subfamilies of the blues (Polyommatinae), the coppers (Lycaeninae), the hairstreaks (Theclinae) and the harvesters (Miletinae); others include the (Lipteninae, Liphyrinae, and Poritiinae) but these are taxonomy dependent. A few authorities include the family Riodinidae within the Lycaenidae. The sole member of the enigmatic subfamily Styginae is represented by Styx infernalis from the Peruvian Andes.

Adults are small, under 5 cm usually, and brightly coloured, sometimes with a metallic gloss. The male's forelegs are reduced in size and lack claws.

Bonjour,
Sympathique papillon qui semble jouer à cache-cache avec les feuillles.
Bonne journée.
clnaef.

Hello Fartash,
I like the backlight and overall comp or placement of the subject. Just a bit soft-focused, with the white spot BG and out of focus FG elements left corner distracting somewhat.
TFS.

Bonjour Fartash
bonne présentation , ce papillon est de toute beauté, jolies couleurs et bonne position
Bravo et au revoir...JP

The backlit point of view gives the wings of the butterfly a transparent look, Fartash.
Even the shadow of one of the wings falling on a leaf heightens that effect.
A good capture in totality.
Ram

hello
bien vu cette image, j' aime beaucoup la transparence du bout de la feuille
bravo et merci

Hola Fartash,
Bonita toma donde el color, la luz y el fondo son excelentes. Saludos

Love the point of focus. It makes the antena really stand out.

Gary

Hello Fartash,
I like the way sunlight pass through the wings of this butterfly. Nice green background and great composition. Focus on the wings is a bit soft here. TFS and regards,
JC
