Young Egyptian
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Egyptian vultures (Nephron percnopterus) are summer visitors to Turkey. They breed in suitable habitats in Turkey and migrate back to Africa in autumns. This young one was shot in Beypazari district, Central Anatolia together with my photo partner Akif Aykurt "raptorman".
This one was rather curious and approached the strange two-legged observers too much!.. This time it was OK. However, it may not be a lucky situation in other occasions!.. |
