| The serengeti at dawn, picture scanned from negative. As my memory fails me i can't remember which type of gazelle this is. |

Hi Vickie,
Welcome to TrekNature!
Excellent composition!
However, the image is too contrast in my opinion. The Gazelles are too dark. The photo has been sharpened too much in my taste (but it is only a matter of taste).
Regards,
Shahar.
Hi Vickie, I can't help you with identification of the Gazelle. I had a look at your photo though and I like the composition. You have 5 Gazelle all in a diagonal row, which is kind of neat, they are standing in a grass of different colours and textures. You've also got some great perspectives through use of your depth of field. This photo has great possibilities. I thought we might try a quick workshop on this one. I've set one up to show you another alternative. Mainly I was looking to inject a little contrast into the shot. And welcome to TN.
Thanks, John

Hi Vickie
These are Impala - a bachelor herd by the look of it - the females do not have horns.
Nice composition, a little grainy, but dawn is a very difficult time to photographs, especially if you are in a vehicle which has just stopped. I think the grainy quality actually conveys the sense of early morning and the cool filtered light well.

Excelente centraje. Al enfocarse el fondo y la base se hace uno la idea del hábitat del animal.Buena perspectiva de los animales.
