(8804) [2008-09-07 10:45:04] | Owls have been a big fascination for me and I like to include them when creating illustrations. This took me about 2 days to create. I use felt markers, water colors and sometimes photoshop.

(4046) [2007-06-05 14:28:28] [6] | | Hi Paul, hope you don't mind a workshop. It looked a little underexposed, so I set input levels to 0/1.00/227 to brighten it, and applied USM at 200%, 0.2 radius and threshold 0. Let me know what you think as I'm starting to think that I oversharpen things because my eyesight ain't what it used to be. I know with that lens very little (if any) sharpening is needed. Anyway hope you like the result. Cheers, Adrian |

(9397) [2007-04-24 21:52:12] [3] [+] | Unfortunately I do not know who the artist was that concocted this painting, but he/she surely must have had the okapi in mind when inspired to do this work. Your photo reminded me of this piece of artwork and I hope you'll excuse me for violating your workshop space in order to share this with you.
A fruitcake of epic proportions with 14 or more different animal species depicted in this strange and hilarious design. If such an animal really existed the scientists might have called it something like: "parrostagcockeaglezebratortoilamaelephagiraphamacaw".

Loot
PS1. Please, no ratings on this one.
PS2. I have received this in one of those fun Power Point slide shows that generally gets sent around via e-mail circles so hopefully the owner will pardon the use and the ignorance to its origins. |

I just cropped rt to give a nearly square comp.
Cloned out the dark stick. I could've spent more time to blend it better but..
Just to give a second look..hope you don't mind.
