2. Selected the BG, applied a soft blur.
3. Selected the bird, sharpened 1 pixel deep at 50%.
4. Increased saturation.
5. Selected entire shot, applied a photo filter, deep blue, 25%.

Used the blur tool on the BG.
Then ran through the NI, for a very slight sharpening and to remove noise from BG.
