hi patrice,
I have tried to reduce the noise/grains which could be seen in the BG using Neat image
hope you liked it

As previous, but without desaturating background.

Reduced contrast a little.
Blurred lower part of stem more.
Cloned out "shaky" leg on male.
Desaturated colour and removed noise from background.
