Levels
Set white and black point
Set contrast just a bit using middle slider
Close
Open levels, set Grey point, now more black and white.
Crop rotate
Fill in top Bg by cloning in green
Actual Pixels, make size 600 high, quality not good enough for 700 high, as we use a worked and small image. Original should be better to work with.
Sharpen edges
Fade sharpen edges to modify,
Slider to left to get eyeball saturation, save.
You hav a nore in your face picture, looking slightly up, enhancing the ungly teeth, that smiles so beautifully. The ear lines up with the top, right corner, making a diagonal, lip points to top left corner
Just slight, subjective changes. DO not flip this one - your eye folloes the nose up to his eye and lock, then back to the smile, no wasted eye movement, you hold the concentration of your viewer.
Enhanced colour adds a slight oemff to the picture.
Please feel free to disagree. I kmow this is one of your older pics, just wanted to see if one can improve it.
Note the neck id now nearly vertival, forming a nice angle with the head.

Selected black right wingtip with magic wand, set hue saturation to get rid of blue. Overall, I hope a slightly stronger saturated picture. The colour is more a chestnust than brown.
