Hi,
I think a light brownish film covers your fine shot, tried to remove it with color balance controls and increased the cöntrast slightly. Hope you will like this version of your shot.

Hi Catherine , all that I did was to alter the color of your frame , I used eye dropper to pick a green from the image , and applied it to the black , I sort of thought that the solid black frame worked against the the dominance that the color of the beetle has in the photo.
