| Intro: | Hello everyone, Updated: 25th of March, 2009 I'm László Kaposvári from Miskolc, Hungary, Europe. Was born in 1972, having 2 children, boys, 10 and 4 years old. I'm an amateur, who loves photography. I was always interested in it, but I feel I began being an amateur photographer when I bought my 1st digital camera, HP PhotoSmart R607 in 2005. I learned a lot, but I feel I still have to learn a lot, that's why I'm here... I love to make photos about many things (for example rail vehicles and buildings), but nature photography is my priority. I love to hike in the Bükk mountains (You can read the statistics about this mountain national park in the note of this photo). I'm most of all into fungi / mushrooms, but also do plant, insect and landscape shots. I'm also a member of TE and TL, see my TrekLens and TrekEarth accounts. Don't expect 2 points automatically back, I only give 2 points to images I really like. I'm also here to learn, so no problem if You send me unrated critiques, because I'm not interested in the point system at all. I'm only interested in Your opininon, not the color of the smiley. On 27th of July, 2008 my dream came true, and I managed to buy the camera I always wanted: Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ-50. So, my current equipment collection is: -Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ-50 -HP PhotoSmart R817 -HP PhotoSmart R607 (given to my older son, but who knows, I may use it in the future if the other 2 cams won't be available for me) -Ricoh AF-5 analogue camera (kept as a memory of the old days) -Hama tripod -Joby gorillapod -home-made mini-tripod (done by my father, especially used for anaglyphe photography) To finish the story: my stupid nickname "Hormon Manyer" was created from the name of the alpine ski world- and olympic champion, World Cup winner ski star Hermann Maier,and in Hungarian means "hormone wins today". :) | |
