Levels, Contrast & Sharpening

Hi Jean, I have tried to give the bird a little more definition and brighten her up a bit. The levels have been adjusted slightly, I have added to the brightness and contrast and made a pass with a sharpening filter.I think it makes the bird a little more prominent in the photo and gives more definition to the facial mask, what do you think?

1. Increased highlights 15%
2. Applied smartsharpen, 5 pixels at 40%
3. Cloned feather on top of the head and under the tail section to correct slight over exposure.
4. Ran slight noise reduction on the BG, this was done as a result of my additional sharpening.
5. Selected the eye, reduced shadow 50%
6. Selected the tongue, applied photo filter, deep red,45%.
7. Increased saturation +14
8. Reduced input levels 0 0.80 255
9. Selective sharpening with the hand tool
