Hi Jose Miguel,
here's what I did:

- Burned parts of the BG and body
- Used curves to add a bit more contrast
- Used Levels to brighten it slightly
- Reduced a bit of noise on the beak which appeared after I sharpened it
- Sharpened using Un-sharp Mask

I used CS3 to enhance your photo slightly.
-Sharpened to bring out more of the detail in the wing
-Increased saturation slightly
-Added more contrast
-I also cropped it on the left
