Intro: I love Hiking! I love nature and photography! I take all kinds of Nature Photos but mostly am a Landscape Photographer. I am 16 years old and am in High School and some day hope to be a Photographer. Most of my hikes are done in the North Cascades area. Love Nature and Presserve our Planet! For those who get out often and enjoy the freedom of the Hills are said to have Mountain Heart! But atlast, Mountains are Home! I'm an idealist, and live freely apon my ideals.
I believe strongly that our world can do more to save nature! Recycle when we can, turn off light switches when possible, and walk to near by places, not drive. I understand long distances of why to drive, but if is within a reasonable distance, I strongly believe walking or riding a bike works best. So be the best you can, and be the right person, and find what you are seeking in life. I also forgot to mention, I am a believer in Jesus Christ.

Currently I am working on my own website Hikrs.com also I have a TrekLens Account.

This Site has been good to me ever since day one! I would like to Thank Everyone who contributes, and comments to my photos and who creates workshops on my photos. I have so many photos I would like to share. My Friends on Trek Nature so far are: Joey Loot Markus Bob Shannon Ron

About My Camera: Product Description
The Panasonic-Lumex is an exellent camera with many features. It has a wide variety of zooms and exposures and also has sound recording, with 19.1 optical zoom. It comes with a 512Mega bite memory card and can take photos up to 8 mega pixels. Thier are diffrent formats like JPEG, TIFF, GIF, or PNG.

Features
This camera has wonderful zoom, it can zoom 19.1X or if you turn on the D-Zoom (Digital Zoom) it can zoom in 76.5 times. One would say the digital zoom is a waste, but I would not have been able to get my moon photo without it, it may blow up the photo while taking the photo, but atlest it makes it more in focus of the zoomed object. Also this camera has panning sky (a.k.a. Night time mode) It has 15, 30, and 60 second exposures, also if you use manual exposure it has the inbetween numbers (like 20 second) time of exposure. Also there is 1/150 of a second exposure which I use to capture one of my moon photos and probably has other uses too. You can also increase the brightness of your photos from -3 to +3 brightness. To use the focus you can either use the auto focus button or turn the lense to manual focus, some might say why use the manual focus when you have auto focus, well sometimes I use manual focus when the auto focus is'nt doing its job right, for example if you are taking a photo of a plant. If you want to take a photo of a flower on this camera, Macro mode is the best choice, the original mode works too, but not as well. There is also other exposures like Fire works, Night Scenery, Scenery, portrait, soft skin, food, candle and more. Thier is also a clock on this camera which I use often, also thier is a language mode, USB mode, thier is even parental controls if you go to menu and activate it. This camera also has an exposure of Normal, Cool, Warm, Sepia, and Black&White.
It comes with....
This camera comes with a lense that zooms out further, so that If you are to close to a mountain, you can zoom out more. Also this camera has a plug in charger that came with is, I also bought a car charger so that I can now use on the way to somewhere. Because the memory card that came with our camera broke, we bought a 2 Giga-Bite memory card, which is nice for taking as many photos as I take. Also there is a lense cap to protect the lense, and a carring case so that the camera can be easily carried and protected from the rain. I also has an AV-Jack slot so that It can hook into your T.V. to make the photo show up larger (unless you have a small T.V.).
