I marked the BG with the magic wand and use Neat Image for the BG, Reverse the marking and use a little USM for the bird, 0.3 pixels and 200 % amount. I hope you like it.

(12173) [2004-12-29 19:34:24] [2] | | In photoshop, I masked out the bird and then ran the despeckle option in the noise filters to reduce the background noise. I then used unsharpen mask (40,1,1) to just sharpen it up a bit. Hope you don't mind, cheers, Chris. |

the pic with the bug on was taken later, that's why the flower has some red there. |
