| Intro: | I am a semi professional photographer, I have had some freelance work most recently as a photojournalist for 9 news, but the photojournalism wasn't my cup of tea as I am a nature/landscape photographer. I have had a couple gallery showings in the past and a couple of art shows. I have also started my own business as an wedding and outdoor portrait photographer, though the business is a little thin right now. I still prefer the landscape work, but I gotta make a living off of it somehow my gallery showing at the NOWartspace for the month of July is over, but the gallery asked to show some of my photos for the week of the Democratic National Convention which Denver is hosting this year, so I will have some of my photos on display for the DNC.....fabulous exposure for sure. Looks like the gallery showing is going to be a long term thing, they are willing to show my work for an indefinite period of time I have done photography off and on as a hobby for 10 years now, but seriously for about a couple of years. I do give out honest feedback on my critiques, I hope I don't upset any one, but that is the only way we learn and become better. | |
