just bumped up the contrast a little, used levels in photoshop and moved the highlights lslider to the left and the shadows slider to the right

I adjusted the levels just a hair especially the shadows with just a tiny bit of highlights to make it slightly more dinamic and since the notes talk about their colorful plummage I upped the saturation a little, didn't do much at all
