| Intro: | Retired (Graphic Arts/Printing). Interests: My family, Photography, Computers, Volunteering at our local hospital. Pat, (my wife) and I were born in Kent, England. We came to live in Canada in 1982. We have two sons. My interest in photography started early in life, at about 7 years old. The camera that started it all, I remember, was a brass and mahogany plate camera, lost now in the mists of time. After buying and using many, many makes of camera, I ended up with Nikon models F, F2 and FE2, and used them for many years, great cameras and gave me no problems at all. Like many, I have now "gone" digital and am using a Canon EOS 1-D MkII and Canon lenses, with which I am very pleased. I do get a little behind with my comments and replies from time to time, but will always try to make the time and effort to reply to those who are interested enough to look and comment on my images.
