I felt the image could have been composed better so have posted this work shop.
I rushed the cloning which is why it's so horrendous ;-)

I also adjusted the colour slightly and sharpened using usm.

The composition is all off. I've just (literally) horizontally flipped this and it's much better, although not as sharp around the face. Hey ho .............. :-)
