I applied a crop and a simple frame.
Colors and levels untouched.
I just wanted to see how it looks with it.
I hope you don't mind!
And of course using the original for cropping would give even more details to the picture.
The colours seemed dull and the photo was a bit dark so I adjusted curves and increased saturation. Finally, a little sharpening to the edges. Hope you like it.

In PS/CS2 I increased the contrast +10 and then used the burn tool to selectively burn in some of the overexposed areas as well as the areas where the glow extended into the dark BG. Hope you like it.
