| Intro: | I am a paediatric cardiologist in Milan which basically means that I diagnose and treat children and fetuses affected by congenital and acquired heart disease. It is a job full of nice satisfactions especially as far as dealing with families and the complexties of their difficult decision making and living with children with abnormal hearts is concerned, however this also means that it is very demanding and that the need to escape in a world of beauty is potent unfortunately , despite some years' experience as a photographer i am hopeless at postprocessing so I more than welcome advice from the TL community | |
