- sharpening
- increase in gamma-value
- increase in contrast
- adjustment of brightness (due to preceeding steps)
- reduction of background noise

During preparation of this workshop 'Manyee' posted another one. The idea of both workshops is to minimize the distractive structures in the background. Two possibilities are shown:
- cropping by 'Manyee' and
- noise reduction here
Of course, combination of both is possible.
