Selected the Cyan/Blue in "Hue/Sat," and desaturated them.
Because this image was not in RGB, had to desaturate the red abit as well.
A slight smart sharpen and reduce noise. Brighten the image slightly using curves.

I reduced shadow by 50% and highlights by 25%
USM @ amount 75 and .3 pixel radius, 0 threshold.
