| Intro: | I'm a 30 years old zoologist and academic teacher at the University of Lodz in my family town - Lodz. My main interest are invertebrates, and among them insects with special regard to tiger beetles (Coleoptera: Cicindelidae). I love to travel, meet new interesting people, discover new cultures and nature, and of course - to take pictures, especially macrophotography. I started my adventure with photography when I was 14, at first with Russian camera Zenit 12XP. Since spring 2004 I am using Nikon Coolpix 5400. I usually photograph: -> insects -> spiders -> other arthropods -> amphibians -> reptiles -> bats -> landscapes. Some of my earlier photos of insects and spiders are on the web page of the Polish Entomological Society, Regional Section in Lodz. By the way, this is an educational non-commercial web page designated for popularization of entomology.
