I played around with the clone tool in PS CS2. I removed all the excess twigs, just for estetical purposes. Hope you like it.

I cropped.
I cloned the iron bars and some other branches that I found intrusive.
I blurred the BG a bit and sharpened the bird.
Removed noise and framed to make the bird stand out.
