I selected only the bird using Quick selection and adjusted Shadow/ highlight to bring out the details on the bird.
I used Neat image to remove the noise and sharpen the image.
Finally gave it a crop and a frame.
I used Adobe Photoshop CS3.

This is the original uncropped, unedited photo.
I resized it for here, but this is how it came from camera.
My thoughts were to show more detail on the feathers,and also crop so that the bird looked larger.
I still missed a bit of the wingtip,so that is why my latest evenings are spent practicing.
