| Intro: | Writing about myself is like cutting one's own hair: despite your best efforts it is never accurate. However, I live on Vancouver Island, one of the best places for outdoor photography. I apply the Tao principles to camera work: "Let the images come to you; open your mind to what is present; use the most of what you have." Most of my images are composed by approaching the subject from a novel angle or by using a close-up lens. It is "working with the camera's strengths while avoiding its weaknesses". | |
