I lowered a bit the blue chanel in the levels, this helped for the green tones to be 'more' green and I added a bit contrast, I hope you will like it. |

I opened the levelsin PS then I used the 'set white point', after that I clicked on the white paper near the gerbil and clicked OK to complete the action.
To soften this action I faded the last action for about 80 %.

I am not sure that this might be the right colours but I tried.
I used AUTO COLOURS in PS and then I used FADE.
U used CURVES to give the picture more contrast. |

This is your picture after a correction in PS.
First I cropped the picture a little bit to balance the composition.
Second I played with Levels and curves to remove that blue cast that I mentioned in my critique.
In the end I sharpened the picture.

I brighten the picture a bit, then I did a reverse action in curves to try and neutralize the colours and contrast + playing with levels again to balance the colours as good as I could.
In the end I sharpened it a little bit. |
