| Intro: | I’m biologist, specialist in botany. I live in Catalonia, near from Barcelona and the Mediterrània sea and the Montseny mountain, and Pirineus mountains, where some tops surpass 10.000 foots, aren’t too far. Nature in general and botany are the passion of my life. These passions approach me to the photography. Nowadays, photography is not just an art, it’s a basic tool for the nature’s study. Sometimes people have scientific formation but they haven’t artistic formation. To take a photo we have a dilemma: it’s better to take a photo done well and with important plastic value or that the photo has an important scientific value, forgetting some aspects about his plasticity sometimes. My scientific formation often makes me to decide for the second option, so that, I usually find that the obtained results aren’t the results that I hope. The positive aspect is that this handicap in the final result is a challenge of surpass in the realization and edition of the following photos. A prop de la Mediterrània, del Montseny i no gaire lluny dels Pirineus. La natura en general i la botànica en particular son la passió de la meva vida. Aquestes passions em van fer apropar molt a la fotografia. Avui en dia la fotografia es mes que un art, es una eina bàsica per a l’estudi de la natura, de vegades les persones que tenim una formació científica però no artística tenim el gran dilema a l’hora de fer una fotografia, si val més que sigui una fotografia artística ben realitzada i amb importants valors plàstics o be que la fotografia tingui un important valor científic deixant de banda en alguns casos determinats aspectes de la seva plasticitat. En el meu cas la formació científica em fa triar sovint la segona opció, es per això que sovint els resultats obtinguts normalment no son els que voldries. L’aspecte positiu es que aquesta deficiència en el resultat final et posa com a repte la superació en la realització i edició de les següents fotos. Algunes cròniques i fotos | |
