| Intro: | Hi. I am an attorney practicing in King William's Town in South Africa. I have always been a nature lover and enjoy outdoor pursuits, espescially climbing and hiking. I am a keen runner and when time for climbing is scarce, which it always seems to be, I spend a lot of time running, albeit slowly :-) I've been a member of TN for almost a year now. In the beginning I did not know how to place photographs and also did not have access to a computer with internet capabilities. Now I do and I am really enjoying my TN experience. I am also enjoying my photography a lot more now that I can actually play with my photos. I have spent my year mostly taking pictures of runners at my running club, but found that I am just pointing and pressing the button. With predictable and sad results. TN has once again made me aware of this and I now try to concentrate on the myriad of things that a photographer has to bear in mind if he hopes to take a half decent picture.
